I never encountered MXUISHELL, but I did a research on that file and I think that files comes in a remote controlling device. Anyway, if a virus scanner picks it up, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a virus. Just to make sure, u can use mirco trends online virus scan, see if that picks it up as a virus. You can also send that file to your antivirus vendor, perhaps you will get your answer from them.
Anyhow, all of the anti-virus just compares a pattern of code, that means, they can give false alarms on some programs that have similar patterns.
If you want to run your defraging utility, you can move that file to some other drive and make sure, first to disble any program that uses that file.
And btw, JJ is gone for a project... project from his work, so I'm taking his place... he should be back in 2 or 3 weeks.

I have reinstalled VCOM System Suite using the control panel (add/remove systems) and I still get the MXUIShell message on the virus scan, defrag and RegFixer
Do I need to go into my registry and manual remove SystemS ???uite.
Thanks
