Well start simple, the VBS scripts used in the addon, try to translate it in normal english so you see what it says, its just a language and basically a pc is really stupid, you really have to tell it every detail what to do Function Say(StrData) strdata = trim(strdata) if len(strdata) < 1 then Say = "Says absolutely Jack because thats what he was told to do!" elseif lcase(strdata) = "something" or lcase(strdata) = "anything" then Say="Um...Like what? Something? Like that?" else Say = strdata End if End Function
why not play with this, make backup and change things.. for example add this part right above "else" in the code above
elseif lcase(strdata) = "turtleman is nuts" or lcase(strdata) = "turtleman is crazy" then Say="What you say is what you are!"
if, elseif and else explains itself I hope lcase(strData) = lowercase what needs to be compared in this case (if you dont tell it to make lowercase it will be verry case sensitive lol, meaning diffrence between "Crazy" and "crazy") len(strData) counts the data, if its smaller then 1 in this case you havent said anything = means equal too on both sides (of this sign) > means leftside is bigger then rightside (of this sign) < means leftside is smaller then rightside (of this sign) the strData is whats beeing said in the room after they gave the command that responds on this, "Say" is the function, whatever you tell "Say" is will be the reply in the room. Kind of hard maybe but once you get the basics it will be easier
